At Temporary Tattoowala, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order safely. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, all temporary tattoos and mehndi stencil stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons, as these are personal care and skin-contact products.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or wrong product ordered by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer
When Are Refunds Applicable?
We will issue a full refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered — You received a completely different product than what you ordered
- Damaged product — Product was damaged during transit (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Missing items — Items are missing from your order
How to Raise a Complaint
If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

Refund Processing
Once your complaint is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately on 9266560390 via WhatsApp or call.
